He is a registered professional with a deep understanding of urban and regional planning principles, specialising in creating functional and sustainable spaces.
As a key contributor to Etosha’s projects, Willie provides invaluable insights into the planning and development aspects of their investment services and Intellectual Property Rights and Risk advisory services.
Jeanette Erasmus
Graphic Designer
Jeanette is a graphic designer with an Honours degree in Graphic Design from the University of Pretoria. She has 33 years’ experience in the design industry, working as a freelancer for the past 24 years specialising in design, layout and DTP for both national and international clients.
Jeanette is a competent designer with a natural flair and ability to produce high quality work with maximum client satisfaction in a short turn-around time.
Leatitia Van der Merwe
Real Estate Consultant
With over two decades of expertise in property development, investment, and precinct management, she has established herself as a leader in the real estate industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Research Psychology, and a PhD in Real Estate. She lectures on real estate topics at both graduate and postgraduate levels. An Accredited Professional of the South African Green Building Council, she has held key roles with prominent developers such as Abland and Central Developments. She has provided consulting services to various public and private sector organizations across industries.

Judit holds a BSc in Computer Science and is a certified Professional Scrum Master with over a decade of experience in software development. She has excelled as a programmer and successfully managed a team of developers. She owns Social Pulse, a digital marketing and communication company.
